large storage vessels with handles, spouts, three feet, globular bodies and sagging bases ('tripod pitchers'), twelfth and thirteenth centuries. Internally glazed globular bodied cooking pots with almost horizontal rims, usually Wheel-thrown, fourteenth-fifteenth century and sagging based jugs with pulled out spouts and strap handles, thirteenth-fourteenth century.
