Translucent fabric, white with glass-like fracture. Very finely made, little signs of manufacture, glaze is always total except for bases.
Form
small cups plates, saucers etc. Mainly Chinese porcelain (late seventeenth-early eighteenth century) but normally found in mid-late eighteenth century contexts.
Decoration
under-glaze, blue decoration, over-glaze red or green enamels, sometimes brown glaze ('cafe au lait').
